New Snapchat Filters and Lenses For Your Birthday

Snapchat is giving us so many new things lately? Well, we can't complain, we love everything. New updates, filters and everything are working quite nice for all of us.

Snapchat announced they'd be giving users a special filter to use one day a year on their birthdays. Oh CUTE.

Really makes you feel special, right?

According to Venture Beat, Snapchat have announced the Birthday Party lens, which makes your snaps look extra festive by adding confetti, a birthday banner and all round cute bday vibes on your day of birth once ay ear.

It will also shove a little cupcake emoji alongside your name on your friends' contact book to act as a little reminder that they need to send you a very ugly chin selfie to celebrate you turning another year older. What's not to love?

Oh, and if these new functions weren't enough? Snapchat have also confirmed you'll be able to show the date on your snaps from now on in the same way you can show the time, temperature and how fast you're going.
