Kendall Jenner Poses as Rosie The Riveter To Engourage Girls To Get Voting

Kim Kardashian may pose for selfies with Hillary Clinton, and Kanye West might be planning to run for office himself in 2020 (still looking forward to that one), but they're not the only members of the Kardashian klan to get political.
In a new video, Kendall Jenner is stepping up and encouraging young women — but really, everyone — to get out the vote in the upcoming presidential election over in the States.

In a partnership with Rock the Vote and the Independent Journal Review, Kendall dressed up as the iconic Rosie the Riveter to spread the word about the upcoming presidential election. Originally, the character of Rosie the Riveter was designed to recruit women to work in factories during World War II, but lately she's become a symbol for women's empowerment in any field, including politics. She's kind of a badass.
This isn't the first time that Kendall has spoken her mind about getting out the vote. Back in 2014, she registered to vote for the first time while in Europe for Fashion Week.
She worked with Rock the Vote last year on Voter Registration Day, transforming from a suffragette to a modern voter while explaining how women had to fight for their right to participate in democracy. "Because of suffragettes and their battle, gender doesn't matter. But your vote always can," she said. Kendall for president in 2032, anyone?
